Boem in Bourtange ~ The big bang in Bourtange

Heden was de redactie van het Rampjaar weblog op excursie in vestingstad Bourtange, alwaar een fraaie tentoonstelling was geopend in de Barakken, met leenmateriaal uit het Gronings Museum, zodat wij u thans en schilderij kunnen tonen van Commandant Eilco Clant, en waar met gebruikmaking van de moderne media, wij in staat waren het wekelijkse kanonschieten te filmen. Zet het geluid wel een beetje zachter.






Today, the editors of the Rampjaar weblog travelled to the fortress town of Bourtange, to visit a new exhibition on garisson life, and to witness the weekly firing of the guns.
